Picture this – a woman closer to 50 than 40, overweight, torn meniscus one day, broken ankle the next. A real mess! Now seven months later, I am 30 pounds lighter, 3 sizes smaller, injury free, with energy abounding and a sense of pride I haven’t felt since I was in my 20s.
