Client TestimonialWhen I began training with Matt roughly three years ago I was beginning to go through menopause. At the time I belonged to Curves and felt the workout was stagnant; there was no room for advancement. The weight was not coming off and I did not feel good about myself. My husband belonged to Pure Focus and convinced me to join. I was hesitant about having a personal trainer because I did not feel I could handle the routine. Matt changed all of that. He brought me along gradually. We worked on core training, balance training, strength training and endurance training in doses that I could tolerate. All of this has culminated with his high intensity workouts. They are challenging and never boring and best of all they are quick. Two summers ago I started a nutritional plan recommended by Matt. I have lost 35+ pounds, have kept it off and at 54 I am in the best shape of my life. His training has taught me discipline, and encouraged me to live a very healthy lifestyle. Matt does not let me give up; he is always cheering me on and pushing me to be the best I can be. I continue to train with him one day a week and find each week to be a new adventure in training as he develops more advanced techniques and challenges me to master them. I am looking forward to “Matt’s Boot Camp.” I know it will be challenging, fun and rewarding.
